Mumbai International Airport

Airbiz was engaged by Larsen & Toubro as the specialist terminal and airside planners for Chhatrapati Shivaji International Airport (Mumbai, India). Airbiz prepared a validation report on a concept design for development of Terminal 2 and the review of the apron, taxiways/taxilanes and aircraft parking surrounding the terminal.

The intent of the report is to analyse the planning dimensions, numbers of and requirements for each of the major passenger processing functions.

Ongoing reviews of the design are conducted as it evolves to ensure the functionality of the terminal and apron are not compromised and that critical operational and interface issues are resolved at an early stage in the design process.
